Your role as our Junior Recruitment Specialist

As a Junior Recruitment Specialist at Nepa, you will be a vital part for Nepa’s continuous growth by ensuring that we attract and hire the right people. Nepa takes pride in handling all recruitment professionally inhouse without external help. You will join our Global People Operations team of 5 people, where your role will be to manage the entire recruitment life cycle. You main work tasks will be to help our managers in creating role profiles, screening applications, searching, interviewing, and finally signing the right person(s). You will handle recruitment processes locally as well as for several of our international offices. The main profiles you will be assigned to recruit are people with a background from research, consumer insight, consulting, engineering, and technology.

A success factor for this role is combining working with concrete recruitment processes together with working proactively in building up your network of interesting candidates. The role will also include attracting young professionals directly from universities as part of our Employer Branding work.

Your profile as our Junior Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a talented Junior Recruitment Specialist, directly from school or with 1+ years experience with a doer and hands on mentality. We believe you are communicative, social and that you easily connect with other people. You love a high paced environment where you are required to think on your feet, act rapidly and learn quickly. We believe you are structured and always driven to find the right match for Nepa.

 

Experience from recruitment and/or roles within customer service is an advantage, but the most important thing for us is that you are curious, eager to learn and have a passion for recruitment.

 

A few more things

- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in writing and speech.

- You have a degree/or will graduate in spring 2022 in Human Resources, economics, behavioral science or equivalent.
